Zeerak Ahmed

I was born and grew up in Lahore, Pakistan, a city of over 10 million and often called the cultural capital of Pakistan. It is home to a growing theatre scene, a thriving hub of underground and mainstream rock, as well as classical and religious music, and also the city with arguably some of the best food in the world. I took these influences and brought them with me to Princeton, where I'm pursuing my childhood dream of Computer Science. With a growing interest in the political scenario of Pakistan, and in Pakistan-America relations, I found it necessary to pursue Public Policy as well, in the hope of being able to return to Pakistan and contribute to a tide of positive change. My wild dream is to one day, record, produce and release an alternative rock album. That, I'm afraid, might take a while.
