From Italy to Texas to Virginia, I have moved around. I have varying interests from architecture, culture, politics, literature and social dynamics to food, fashion, and the art world. I value the educated opinions of anyone who is willing to share, and find that writing my thoughts out allows for better understanding than anything else. Having grown up outside of the U.S., I like to think I have a different way of looking at things and how they impact their surroundings and/or the world. I especially enjoy researching the connectivity of unrelated fields and mediums, seeing how they influence one another, and in turn bring some sort of change to some sort of field.

Even after April 16th and last week's shooting scare, I would never think of leaving Virginia Tech. I choose to see the future, not the past. I choose to be a Hokie, forever and always.

The happier the employee or student, the better the work. It seems like being stress-free would make people work less, or look at the world apathetically as though they have no goal, but I think the key realization is seeing that each individual is their own goal. Everything we work towards and for in life is to advance ourselves, and what good is that if we simply stress what little free time we have away?

The reality of communicating online is that it is destroying the natural bond we as human beings have with each other—that sacred of all sacred things, a connection.
