I'm a fourth-year biological sciences major at the University of California, Irvine and the Opinion Editor for the New University, UC Irvine's official campus newspaper. I also serve as a Campus Representative for the Clinton Global Initiative and work with university students and non-profit organizations in building or expanding their projects in the focus areas of education, poverty alleviation, public health, peace and human rights, and environment and climate change. In addition, I coordinate peer tutoring services for biology and organic chemistry courses at UC Irvine. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends and family, play tennis and basketball, watch the latest blockbuster in theaters, and try out new restaurants after checking their Yelp profiles!
