I'm a long-time writer for MIT's campus newspaper, The Tech-- I've written over 100 articles and have won awards for both on-campus and off-campus opinion journalism from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association. My educational background is in nuclear engineering (BS and MS from MIT) and economics (BS from MIT). After graduating in 2009, I worked in Dubai for the Boston Consulting Group as a consultant. My research work, both as an undergraduate and graduate, attempts to improve decision making in the management of research and engineering projects by applying optimization algorithms in a Bayesian framework.
